  • What is your refund Policy?
    No refunds will be processed for the advance amount paid on the website for booking confirmation
  • What is included in the time booked for theatre?
    The Setup time and check out time is included in our time slot. Customers are requested to vacate the theatre as soon as their time slot ends so we can get the space ready for next customers
  • What can we watch in the theatre?
    Customers can connect their OTT accounts to watch any content on the OTT platforms or cast your own content from your mobile. Red Carpet will not provide logins for any OTT platforms and we request customers to not use pendrives/harddrives for playing content. Customers must not stream any content which is illegal/prohibited as per Indian laws. We will not be liable for any consequences that arise out of violation of this condition and if found we will immediately ask you to stop the show and leave not allow such customers to book with us again.
  • What happens in case of technical issues with Theatre system?
    In rare cases of technical issues with Theatre system or with power failure issues, we will refund the appropriate amount to the customers according to the time the theatre has been used.
  • Are Pets Allowed?
    Pets are strictly not allowed into the theatres.
  • Are there any restrictions for who can book a theatre at Red Carpet?
    Couples below 18 years of age will not be allowed to book at Red Carpet. Aadhar or ID card will be checked at the reception and underage couples will strictly not be allowed. Minor group bookings are allowed.
  • Is outside food allowed?
    There are delicious snacks and beverages available for customers to enjoy at Red Carpet. Food or drinks from outside is not allowed.
  • Are the Decorations customizable?
    Decorations are as shown on the website for all the rooms. Customization can be added with LED numbers, name boards, photo cakes etc. as add ons.
